Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love Stork Juice. If something is not right we are here to help.

1. Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Products must be in original condition.

2. Non returnable items

We cannot accept returns on opened drink mixes, used products, or items purchased through a third party retailer.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return we will inspect it and notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank.

4. Exchanges

If your product arrived damaged or incorrect we will replace it at no cost. Please email a photo of the issue to Kevin@storkjuice.com so we can assist.

5. Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Missing or late refunds

If you have not received your refund please check with your bank first. If it has been longer than 10 business days contact us at Kevin@storkjuice.com
