1. Processing times

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. During holidays or product launches processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

3. Delivery times

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier. Once the order is scanned by the carrier delivery timing is outside our control.

4. Order tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

5. Lost or stolen packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located please check with neighbors or your local post office. Stork Juice LLC is not responsible for packages after they are confirmed delivered. We will do our best to assist you in locating them.
